Butcher Bag is the newest Butcher in Sydney, with the expertise and experience of the oldest. With fresh ideas and a new perspective on Butchery, Paul (a 3rd Generation Butcher with 30 years’ experience running Australia's most awarded Butcher) has teamed up with Lach (a 5th generation Australian farmer with knowledge and passion for quality grass-fed meat products and production techniques).

Paul and Lach have set about providing the healthiest and most convenient answer to the age-old question: 'What’s for Dinner?'
